Prevention and Response Plans
A comprehensive, well rehearsed
fire response plan is invaluable when a
fire incident occurs. Knowing what to do and who to call
empowers your
staff to manage fire incidents before they
develop into out of control infernos. Starting with a comprehensive
template, our team will work with your management and front line
staff to develop a plan that will work well
in your specific conditions.
Once the plan is completed, a training
workshop delivered by LFCI staff to all landfill workers is recommended to transfer the information
to the front line. To help front line staff remember, our plans
provide wallet size emergency response cards that summarize action
and provide a list of emergency response numbers.
